It is so good to know you still have hard-working technicians/companies around that are more concerned with diagnosing/fixing the problem than fattening their wallet. After waiting for several days for 3 other companies to NOT show up since Friday this company, Piazza Plumbing arrived the same day, quickly diagnosed, and made the repair! I’m so happy (and GRATEFUL) for Jessica, Johnny, and Brennen! Thank you ALL and I highly recommend them!!!

I called for a gas emergency that would affect thousands of dollars in revenue for a large well known retailer as we are the management company. Piazza is a family owned business and I spoke with John Piazza the father who referred me to his son. Without much ado and despite a booked solid schedule, the son dropped everything and met the town onsite and stayed for many hours going above and beyond to restore the gas to the store. This company didn't know me at all and yet went above and beyond. I received my bill this morning and I was, yet again, pleasantly surprised. It was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a great plumber and a good family to work with. As you can tell, I can't say enough.

Being a single mom of two, it can be super stressful when "life" happens. A floor full of water and not knowing where it came from was definitely one of those times. Who do I call for reputable service that will correct the problem without trying to financially take advantage? Looking on line, I couldn't find any customer comments/reviews for any of the plumbers! So, I just chose blindly. Well, I'm so glad it was Piazza Plumbing. Someone was sent out the very same day I called. He was super courteous and got right on the problem. And the bill, zero sticker shock. He did great work without charging me an arm and a leg! I know for sure now who I will call with any plumbing needs and who I would refer any of my friends to. I had to keep calling the office (3 times). I know they were busy. When Matt and Ethen got here they got right onto fixing my drain problem. They were great!
